PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A man is held without bond after Prince William County police said he sexually assaulted an 89-year-old woman inside a nursing home.
Harold Edwards, of New Jersey, was arrested on Saturday, Sept. 6, according to a news release.
