Bad news for residents of the South Riding area of southern Loudoun County – it looks like long-gestating plans for a Lidl grocery store in the area aren’t moving forward.
The site that had been purchased and set aside for a Lidl store sits at the intersection of Gum Spring Road and Braddock Road.
