The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) 5th District (Germantown) Commander reports that a supervisor observed a Dodge Durango being driven recklessly on Sunday, September 28. After conducting a traffic stop, officers determined the vehicle had been stolen.
The driver was arrested at the scene and has been charged. Police credited the quick actions of the responding sergeant in resolving the incident.
