MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A judge sentenced a former FBI agent to serve 60 years in prison for sexually assaulting three women.
The Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office (SAO) said in a news release that 41-year-old Eduardo Valdivia was sentenced to 80 years in prison, suspending all but 60 to serve.
A jury convicted Valdivia on July 18 on six counts of second-degree rape and two counts of fourth-degree sex offense.
