Regular readers may recall when The Burn first reported on the plans back in September to turn Sterling’s Velocity Wings restaurant into a new Austin Grill.
Thompson Restaurants will close its Velocity Wings restaurant in the Great Falls Plaza this weekend. Sunday will be its last day in business at that location.
The company will then take the month of November to give the space a makeover. They hope to open their resurrected Austin Grill concept around the start of December…
