The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest following an investigation into a confrontation on Nov. 5, in Sterling.
At approximately 4:34 p.m., deputies responded to the intersection of Arcola Boulevard and Arcola Mills Drive for a report of an assault related to a road rage incident.
