Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a three-vehicle collision, including a rollover, on southbound I-270 prior to I-370 on Wednesday afternoon.
According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, one of the vehicles involved left the scene. MCFRS A732 was in the area, witnessed the crash, and removed one patient from a vehicle. One patient was evaluated and multiple southbound lanes remain blocked before I-370.
