A welfare check was conducted shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 23, at the Prince William County Landfill Complex in the 14800 block of Dumfries Road in Manassas when they were unable to get in touch with the guard.
According to investigators, “contact was unable to be made with a security guard at the complex.”
When officers arrived, they found the man unconscious and unresponsive in a water basin on the property. Police said he was pronounced dead at the scene…
