Kevin James Kistler, 35, is being sought by Newark Police, who said he is wanted on several warrants, including one for stalking. He is also wanted in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and Cecil County, Maryland, according to the department.
Kistler is described as a 6-foot white man weighing between 200 and 250 pounds. He was last seen with a clean-shaven head, a full dark beard, and extensive tattoos covering his arms, hands, and neck, police said.
In Pennsylvania, Kistler currently has an active criminal case in London Grove Township on charges including Misdemeanor Marijuana–Small Amount Personal Use, Misdemeanor Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Summary Reckless Driving, Summary Careless Driving, and several traffic violations stemming from a Sept. 10 stop, according to docket filings.
