ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A proposed distribution rate by the Potomac Electric Power Company would increase consumers’ rates by 23 percent, according to a consumer advocacy group.
The Office of People’s Counsel says the proposal would increase summer rates by 15 percent and winter rates by 33 percent.
