PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A 38-year-old man was convicted in the death of two people, including a pregnant woman, in April 2024.
On Thursday, a jury found Edward Bland guilty of killing Leann Harris and Asia Payne.
