A Potomac High School student was treated for frostbite Monday morning after Prince William County Schools remained open on a normal schedule despite the temperature hovering around 20 degrees.
In an email just after 9 a.m. Monday to Potomac High School staff, Assistant Principal Malcolm Foust announced a student was treated in the school’s clinic for frostbite.
