A Leesburg man pleaded guilty to attempted strangulation and attempted abduction in an incident that occurs at Jimmy John’s restaurant on Catoctin Circle in August. He will spend three years on supervised probation, according to a plea agreement with the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
Christian K. Pulley, 19, turned himself into the Leesburg Police Aug. 9 and reported that he had attempted to kill a coworker. Shortly after that, the family of the juvenile victim called 911 to report the attack. The victim was treated by medical personnel and released.
Pulley worked at the Jimmy John’s sandwich shop and was closing the store for the night when he choked a 16-year-old female coworker. The victim broke free and attempted to flee, but he grabbed her leg to detain her, according to court documents…
