The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is “vehemently condemning” Fairfax County’s sanctuary policies after a criminal illegal alien and alleged MS-13 member fatally shot his roommate inside their home on Dec. 17, a day after Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid released him from custody.
Officers responded about 11:40 a.m. to a reported shooting in the 12000 block of Fan Shell Court. At the scene, officers found Marvin Ernesto Morales, 40, of Reston, who was pronounced dead.
Detectives determined that Marvin Fernando Morales Ortez, 23, of El Salvador, shot Morales inside the residence and fled before police arrived. Morales Ortez has been in the country illegally since Sept. 18, 2016, when he crossed into the U.S. at Hidalgo, Texas, officials said…
