The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has filed an additional charge of involuntary manslaughter against the driver involved in a fatal single-vehicle crash Saturday night in Brambleton.
Front-seat passenger Katherine Ovando Leal, 29, died at the scene of the wreck just before midnight at Olympia Drive at Ringneck Place in Brambleton, the sheriff’s office said in a news release.
The driver, 36-year-old Anvesh Hungenalli, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital, then charged with driving under the influence, the release said…
