Tyrell Ewings, 30, is facing dozens of charges following an investigation in Virginia that was launched in late May, according to police.
On May 31, officers from the Fairfax County Police Department responded to the 13600 block of Dulles Technology Drive in McNair to investigate reports of vehicle tampering and theft.
