Qadishtu Immiatiratu is facing a host of charges following an incident that escalated early on Monday, Dec. 29, ending with him in handcuffs and a driver’s window shattered, according to police.
Officers from the Leesburg Police Department were called around 7:40 a.m. on Monday morning to the area of Lawson Road SE and Trailview Boulevard SE near a VDOT facility, where there was a reported road rage incident involving a weapon.
