A Maryland woman is accused of hitting a Virginia State Police vehicle during a multi-state pursuit and faces charges following her arrest in Howard County.
The Virginia State Police started pursuing Naturi Hayes, 24, Monday night. Ms. Hayes, of Elkridge, is accused of ramming a state police cruiser as she crossed into Maryland via the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, according to the Maryland State Police, who ultimately arrested her in Howard County.
