A food service truck collided with an aircraft on a runway at Dulles Airport on Friday afternoon.
Around 3:50 p.m. Jan. 2, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Fire and Rescue crews responded to the report of the accident. The crash occurred while the plane, United Airlines Express Flight 4471, was parked at Concourse A. No passengers were aboard and there were no injuries, according to MWAA spokesperson Crystal Nosal.
