Suspects threatens to use explosives in attempted bank robbery: Loudoun County deputies

STERLING, Va. (DC News Now) — The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is investigating an attempted bank robbery in Sterling.

On Monday, at around 3:45 p.m., deputies responded to Bank of America, located at 45470 Dulles Crossing Plaza, after someone tried to rob it.

LCSO said the suspect threatened to use explosives, but officials found none after searching the building.
