Three people were taken to the hospital and several others evaluated after a Thursday morning fire at the Potomac Falls Health and Rehab Center in Sterling.
Crews were called to the nursing home and rehab facility in the 46000 block of Leesburg Pike before 8 a.m. and found smoke showing and fire on the first floor, Loudoun County Professional Firefighters said in a Facebook post.
