HERNDON, Va. (7News) — A sentencing is set Friday for Ismael Cruz Delcid, who pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of a 14-year-old boy in Herndon, Virginia, according to Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano.
He faces up to 10 years in prison for the manslaughter charge. Cruz Delcid, who was 18 at the time, was in a car in a parking lot off of Coppermine Road on March 20, 2024, when prosecutors said he saw two teenagers he knew.
