Xi’an Famous Foods, a New York fast-casual Chinese restaurant that’s known for its
“hand-ripped” noodles, is heading to Rockville’s Montrose Crossing. This will be the first Maryland location for the family-owned business, which is planning a summer opening between Rasa and Five Guys.
