Arrest warrant issued for man accused of hitting on-duty state trooper while intoxicated

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Pennsylvania State Police in Lancaster have issued an arrest warrant for a Maryland man who reportedly struck an on-duty trooper in 2021.

An announcement showed that Eugenio Perez-Bard has a full extradition warrant from the Chester County District Attorney’s Office after troopers claim he hit a trooper with a vehicle.

Perez-Bard, 37, has been charged with aggravated assault by a motor vehicle while driving under the influence in connection with the crash. He is last known to have lived in Elkton, Maryland, but has ties to Oxford in Chester County, Pennsylvania…
