A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Cecil County and much of Maryland. Forecasters are saying the snow will start Saturday night and be heavy overnight, before becoming a wintry mix all day Sunday. Expect brutal cold temperatures, snow over a foot and two-tenths of an inch of ice.
