HAYMARKET, Va. — More details about why the FBI raided a 40-acre chicken farm in northern Virginia emerged on Friday, with court documents detailing a 15-month investigation that resulted in the arrest of the farm owner and manager, among others.
Four defendants were named in the court documents filed by an FBI agent in the Eastern District of Virginia.
