Frederick County Sheriff’s deputies responded around 11:34 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, to a reported commercial burglary at Tire World on Industry Lane, where thousands of dollars in tires were stolen, investigators said.
As deputies arrived, a white cargo van was seen leaving the area, and a traffic stop was attempted. During that stop, a passenger jumped out and ran into a wooded area, triggering a foot pursuit.
