A young boy in McLean, Virginia experienced a frightening ordeal when he became trapped in snow, but quick-thinking firefighters from Fairfax County came to his rescue.
“Well the original plan was, how are we going to get him out? So we looked at different ways as far as shoveling the snow and we looked at physically trying to remove the grate, that was also frozen solid,” Battalion Chief Steven McFarland of Fairfax Fire Rescue explained when speaking to WUSA…
