FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — After being missing for five years, a family was finally reunited with their dog on Tuesday.
The Fairfax County Animal Shelter (FCAS) said Luke’s family adopted him when he was a puppy, celebrating his first birthday and watching him graduate from puppy school. But when he was three years old, Luke went missing.
Luke’s family searched everywhere but could not find their “best friend,” FCAS said.
