MARYLAND — The Salisbury Police Department arrested a man Thursday after officers said he was found in possession of illegal narcotics.
According to police, officers were patrolling the 600 block of Smith Street on Jan. 29 when they observed a group of individuals displaying behavior indicative of criminal activity. Police said two people from the group entered a residential property that was clearly marked “No Trespassing.”
