A taste of Miami at Cabin John Village

Newest addition to the Potomac dining scene: Pura Vida Miami, opening Thursday, Feb. 12th at Cabin John Village. The South Florida-based chain serves a health-conscious menu of salads, sandwiches, wraps, bowls and smoothies. The coffee will feature a blend that’s “unique to Miami,” says director of operations Christopher Tambaschi. Pura Vida’s space was originally built for Le Pain Quotidien, which opened in 2018 and closed in 2020. The next occupant was Colada Shop, which lasted four years before exiting last fall.
