A 22-year-old Gaithersburg man is facing a first-degree murder charge in connection with the July 2023 death of another Gaithersburg resident whose body was found in Seneca Creek in Darnestown, Montgomery County police said Tuesday in a press release.
Franklin Villalobos Gomez was arrested Monday following a homicide investigation of the death of 45-year-old Jose Israel Centeno Velazquez, according to county police.
