The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for much of Northern Virginia ahead of a coastal storm expected to bring snow and high winds Sunday into Monday.
The watch is in effect from 3 p.m. Sunday to 10 a.m. Monday for Prince William, Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, northern Fauquier and eastern Loudoun.
