CARROLL VALLEY, Pa. — The Federal Bureau of Investigation has filed charges against a drone pilot and content creator from Maryland for allegedly filming aerial footage over the Raven Rock Mountain Complex, located at the Pennsylvania-Maryland border in Adams County.
According to charging documents filed by federal investigators, 66-year-old Stuart Bennett, of Frederick, MD, is charged with knowingly or willfully violating national defense airspace.
Bennett recently waived his preliminary hearing and is free while awaiting trial. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of up to a year in prison…
