A convicted drug dealer is suing a since-decertified Leesburg Police officer over an interaction on June 12, 2024, in which the officer tased the man.
Chinua T. Payton, of Leesburg, is suing the Town of Leesburg, Police Chief Thea Pirnat, and former LPD officer Josiah Donohue.
