LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va (7News) — A Loudoun County Public Schools maintenance vehicle driver has been charged in connection with a fatal crash that killed a 20-year-old Stonebridge High School student in January.
Dale Whitney Taylor, 58, of Leesburg, the driver of the LCPS maintenance vehicle involved in the collision, was charged by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
