DETROIT (WWJ) A Lyft driver was charged with two counts of Second Degree Murder and other crimes for allegedly causing a crash that killed a couple riding in his car.
The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office charged Theopris Mays, 40, of Herndon, Virginia in the deaths of Andre Boynton, 60, and Carla Boynton, 57. Both victims resided in Durham, North Carolina.
