A Potomac senior living community is at the center of an ongoing investigation after an employee accused of killing a resident in his bed remains jailed without bond.
Marquise James is accused of killing millionaire Robert Fuller at the facility and later shooting at a Maryland state trooper. A judge ordered a psychiatric evaluation for James during a hearing last week. He is being held without bond.
