DAMASCUS, Md. (DC News Now) — The Montgomery County Department of Police has identified the person killed in a three-car crash in Damascus.
On March 2, at around 10:30 p.m., first responders were called to Ridge Road, north of Sweepstakes Road, for reports of a crash involving multiple cars.
