Our very own “Mr. MoCo” Alex Tsironis recently shared a social media post highlighting three of his favorite dishes from the month of February. Fork & Kitchen opened in February at 150 Gibbs Street in The Square at Rockville, taking over the 6,500-square-foot space previously occupied by Ekó House and Bar Louie. He stopped by on opening day and tried a few dishes, but his absolute favorite was The Harbor Pie, which he ended up going back for again last week. The dish features a “buttery crust filled with lobster and lump crab in a velvety seafood cream sauce with corn and potato, finished golden and bubbling.” Price: $29
House of Curry opened about a year ago in Damascus (805 Main St.) and offers authentic Indian cuisine. The menu includes Indo-Chinese dishes, tandoori specialties, chicken, biryani, and goat and lamb sections, along with a wide variety of appetizers, sides, breads, and desserts.
