Driver speed racing causes crash on Burke Center Parkway that killed 17-year-old

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A man will sit behind bars for three years after he killed a 17-year-old during a crash while speed racing in Fairfax County.

Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano announced Thursday that Jose Angel Zelaya was sentenced to 10 years for instigating a crash that killed 17-year-old RZ. However, seven years of his sentence were suspended.
