Quincy’s Uptown, a restaurant and bar located at 9813 Main St. in Damascus, will close permanently on Sunday, March 15. The restaurant first opened in late 2018 and has operated in Damascus for approximately 7.5 years.
The owners told The MoCo Show they had been exploring a new concept for the space, but were unable to reach an agreement on terms for a new lease. As a result, Quincy’s will close and vacate the building following this weekend. The owners also shared that they loved being part of the Damascus community over the last seven and a half years and expressed appreciation for the support they received from customers during that time.
While the Damascus location prepares to close, the Quincy’s brand recently expanded elsewhere in Montgomery County with the launch of Quincy’s Golf & Social in the Kentlands neighborhood of Gaithersburg. Quincy’s also has an additional restaurant in Gaithersburg and one in Potomac…
