LA PLATA, Md. — A Germantown man has been charged after police say he assaulted two juveniles and caused a disturbance near La Plata Town Hall earlier this month.
William Brian Ramsay, 50, of Germantown, is facing multiple charges including two counts of second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and failure to obey a lawful order following the March 9 incident in La Plata.
