MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Police in Montgomery County are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of recording a woman inside a store dressing room.
According to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), the incident happened around 3:12 p.m. on Jan. 16, at the H&M store on Grand Park Avenue in Rockville.
