A big change on the Loudoun County dining scene is officially underway – as the longtime Vino Bistro restaurant prepares to depart and be replaced by a new establishment called Falcon & Fig.
Vino Bistro opened eight years ago at the Village at Leesburg center off Route 7. Now, owner Michael Pearce has announced that he has sold the restaurant to new owners, effective this week.
