We’ve been telling readers about Dr. T Shawarma since last November and now opening day is upon us.
The new shawarma, kabob, and burger fast-casual restaurant in Ashburn will hold its grand opening tomorrow, Friday, March 20. If you really can’t wait, they were holding a quiet soft opening today, Thursday.
Dr. T has set up shop in the Cameron Chase Village Center. That’s the retail plaza off Farmwell Road next door to the Ashburn Ice House.
The menu at Dr. T focuses on Lebanese flavors and dishes. There are Grape Leaves, Tabouleh, and Spinach Pies on the appetizer menu.
