A new tenant is set to take over one of Rockville Pike’s most recognizable retail spaces. Lifestyle Furniture will be moving into the former Marlo Furniture location in the Marlo Building, leasing 100,000SF+ space.
The deal was brokered by Danny Rubin of Washington Urban Group, who represented Lifestyle Furniture in the transaction.
