A third person has been arrested in connection with the March 4 robbery of The Filling Co. gas station in Brambleton.
Two 15-year-olds were previously arrested after detectives said they held up the clerk using an AK-47 style rifle and a handgun. They were charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and abduction and stole cash.
On March 20, an arrest warrant was obtained for 18-year-old Adam Jason Penarrieta Azim for conspiracy to commit armed robbery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The criminal complaint says he drove the two juvenile suspects to and from the gas station knowing what they planned to do and what they had done.
