Outdoor signage and decor are beginning to take shape at the future Dunkin’ location at 4011 Norbeck Road in Rockville.
Construction began earlier this year after the coffee and donut chain received its permit for the new store, which is replacing the longtime home of Sassy Cleaners. The dry cleaning business operated at the site for roughly 30 years before closing in June 2025, marking the end of a familiar neighborhood staple.
Crews have now started installing exterior branding elements, with Dunkin’s signature colors and signage beginning to appear on the building. The updates signal a shift from early construction work to more visible finishing stages as the space continues to take shape…
