Purcellville residents are looking to organize opposition to a proposed flex industrial development through coordinated email campaigns, signs, social media posts, and turnout at an upcoming public hearing on the plan.
The nearly 1 million-square-foot Valley Commerce Center, proposed by JK Land Holdings, is located on a 117-acre parcel along Purcellville Road outside the town limits.
JK Land Holdings CEO Chuck Kuhn approached the Purcellville Town Council in 2023 about annexing the property into town, but that was rejected by a vote in January 2025.
